DEVELOPMENT SUMMARY
Hope Heals Park is an integrative health and wellness development designed to bring different service providers, in the health and wellness field, into one location. Bringing like-minded individuals and companies together helps to increase the reach of alternative medicine. Our intention is to bring a healing touch to everything we do, including how we develop the entire site. We wish to create a park-like atmosphere that promotes an active lifestyle and a sense of well-being. Increasing our reach translates to more lives touched and more people living healthier, happier lives.
LOCATION
Hope Heals Park is located on 6.25 acres of land on the east side of Highway 65 just south of the Evans Road intersection. The site is bordered on the west by US Highway 65 and on the east by Farmers Branch Road. We will be located just outside the entrance to the Millwood Golf and Country Club, directly across the highway from Innovative Dental and the Mercy Orthopedic Hospital and just 1.5 miles north of James River Church.

TRANSFORMATION TRAIL
The Transformation Trail is a natural walking trail that wraps the perimeter of the 6.25 acre development. Whether you need to get in your evening walk, go for a nice jog to get in your cardio, or just want to meet up with friends and hang out around the trail, the Transformation Trail is here for you.
overnight stay rooms
To better serve those traveling from far distances to receive treatment at Hope Heals Park there will be two overnight stay rooms designed like hotel suites. These will be available for nightly rental on site allowing for time to rest, relax and restore.
landscaped courtyards
The building itself has been carefully designed to incorporate exterior courtyards that can be enjoyed inside and out. These courtyards will be full of natural plantings, water features and sitting areas. Connecting with nature and hearing the soothing sounds of running water not only relax the mind but promotes health and healing.
childcare
For those busy young families that don’t always have an extra person to watch the kids while you attend your appointments, we have incorporated a short stay childcare room to assist. This will be available for patients who need childcare for a period of no more than 2 hours. The dedicated staff will care for you children so that you can focus on yourself to better take care of your family.
connection center
Inside the building you will find a community connection center that includes a large meeting/training room that is available for rental by the community as well as a state of the art Podcast studio, also available for rental to the community. These spaces provide much needed amenities for other organizations, businesses
cafe, bakery, coffee, smoothie
We wanted to bring you food and beverage options that still allow you to indulge in the things you desire, but do so in a healthier way. The cafe and bakery will serve breads, pastries, soups and salads all prepared without the 11 most common allergens. The coffee and smoothie bar will serve ethically sourced coffee as well as nutrient rich smoothies.
